Smart Brand Deals, LLC ("Smart Brand Deals", "we", "us") operates smartbranddeals.com and sbdailydeals.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our sites or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request our deal sheet, submit an order or purchase order, book a call, or message us through the chat widget, we collect:

Your name and company name
Your email address
Your phone number, including mobile number
Details about your business that you choose to share, such as the categories you sell, how long you have been selling, and your purchasing volume
Order details including products, quantities, shipping preferences and any notes you add

Information collected automatically

When you visit our sites we collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, and whether you are a new or returning visitor. We use this to understand which deals get attention and to improve the site. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles about individuals.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our sites use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including browser local storage and session storage, to make the site work and to measure how it is used. Specifically we use:

Essential cookies and storage — to remember that you have already seen a popup, to keep your place in an order form, and to cache the current deal sheet so pages load quickly.
Analytics — a first-party analytics beacon that records page views, time on page, and whether you are a new or returning visitor. It does not identify you personally.
Advertising — if you submit a qualified enquiry, we may record that conversion with advertising platforms such as Meta to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working correctly. We do not use cookies to collect your mobile number, and no cookie or tracking data is used to share SMS opt-in information with anyone.

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you replies to your questions, updates on orders and quotes, and notice when inventory you asked about becomes available. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.

SMS consent is separate and always optional. It is given only by ticking a dedicated checkbox that is unchecked by default and never required. Agreeing to this privacy policy or to our terms of service does not opt you in to text messages. You can use every part of our service — receiving the deal sheet, booking a call, placing orders and buying from us — without ever agreeing to receive texts, and declining has no effect on pricing, availability or service.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers strictly necessary to transmit the messages, who may not use the information for any other purpose.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Service providers. Companies that help us run the business, such as our customer relationship platform, email and SMS delivery providers, scheduling software and payment processors. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
Fulfillment. Shipping and logistics partners, limited to what they need to deliver your order.
Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Business transfer. If Smart Brand Deals is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Order and invoice records are generally retained for seven years. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you.
Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
Access, correction and deletion. Email us and we will provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor these requests regardless of your location. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our sites and services are for business buyers and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to you directly where we have your contact details.
